All our condom products from Condom Queens are sent First Class FREE to all UK destinations.
All orders received before 3.30pm (GMT) are dispatched same day and typically arrive the next working day. Delivery can take slightly longer during public holidays where the postal services are restricted.
To protect your privacy, all Condom orders are dispatched in plain, discrete packaging, with no reference to Condom Queens or the condoms inside.

Returns
Condom Queens allow order cancellation for any reason within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
Goods must be returned by you unused.
We will refund your payment within 30 days. The refund can only be made to the card that the payment was originally made with.
To apply for a refund, please contact us. Our policy is strictly "no-quibble", but we would always appreciate feedback regarding the return of items.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
